Torsion bars

Hi guys I am doing a front end rebuild and wonder if anybody has removed the torsion bars from the bottom a arm any help greatly appreciated. 61 c10 complete rebuild front to rear. Thanks Walter

Lots of penetrate like PB Blaster, WD Penetrate, Kroil. 2lb hammer, big drift pin or like.

Before a arms. Tire at full droop, jack on pork chop, remove bolt, release pork chop. Punch bar out of arm.
