What did I get myself into
Good Evening,
I recently did something I always said I'd never do, buy someone else's project. I've been out of building vehicles for about 6 years. In my spare time, I had previously built off road rigs. I've always found the older c10's to be sweet rides. My kids have gotten older, to the point they want to help me in the garage when I tinker, so I thought it'd be time for a new project. I wasn't seriously looking, but I came across this sweet '63 GMC1000 for a price that I just couldn't pass up. Yep, it was someone else's project and I knew going into it, it would take a while to get up to speed as to where the PO left off. So, here she is; at her home in South Central Florida. Re: What did I get myself into
I looked at this truck for sale for some time and contemplated taking on the project. It appeared to be a decent start but thought he was asking too much. Then the price was lowered and it disappeared. You must have been the lucky one to get it. Good luck! Can't wait to see what your end result will be.
