CPP Deluxe Track bar on a 60-62

Has anyone installed a CPP 1960-62 deluxe track bar on their truck and be able to use the factory shock mounting points at the rear of the trailing arm?

Here is what I am dealing with. CPP had no answer and said they never ran into this issue.

I would say that you will need to move the lower shock bracket back. Drill a hole in the lower CPP bracket for the rear hole in the shock bracket and drill a new hole in the shock bracket for the rear leg of the u-bolt. Having the shocks more vertical is better anyway.

Im having both shock brackets extended so they match.

Re: CPP Deluxe Track bar on a 60-62

After no guidance from CPP, we extended the lower shock mounts.

Seems to have solved the issue and put the shocks at a better angle.
