Exhaust choices
I’m looking at a couple of choices for exhaust.
1. Heartthrob has a kit 2. Hooker 16527HKR The hooker kit looks to be discontinued but can be found here and there. The heartthrob kit looks like a viable option but I am unsure if it is alumanized for rust. I don’t think the hooker is either. What are people’s experience? I have an LS swap so I’m thinking I’ll have to do a little cutting but not a big deal. I’m thinking 2.25 should work fine. That’s the size of the manifolds anyway.

Re: Exhaust choices
I'm running the Heartthrob kit , I was pleased with the install. I did it in my drive way in a couple hours. The right side tucks higher than the left but the tailpipes come out just right.

http://heartthrobexhaust.com/4159M.html Here's more info. I will say, it does come close to the t-case on that right side.

Re: Exhaust choices
Thanks for the pictures. Are the pipes straight that pass the transfer case on both sides?

Re: Exhaust choices
I think the pipes on the hooker kit are curved on the passenger side. The old pipes I pulled off were. I think I might need a curve due to the pipes off my manifolds dropping lower.

These tuck pretty tight.

Re: Exhaust choices
I've used the Heartthrob exhaust at least 3 times over the years and would use it again.
