1972 C-10 rear brake kits

Hi Guys
I have been searching the forum and suppliers for a kit to convert my rear drum brakes to disk. The truck is a 72 with front disk brakes. 2 wheel drive with a 5.3 swap. This truck is a daily driver in the summers in Michigan. I plan on keeping the 15 inch factory wheels. Looking at kits from suppliers make s my head hurt. They all say to take some measurements to make sure the kit will fit. Not sure why the kits wouldn't fit if its a factory stock truck like mine is. Can anyone help me figure out if a kit from Baer or Wildwood would fit? Also how do they do the transition from a hard brake line on the rear axle to the caliber? I am truly looking for a bolt on kit as much as possible. I plan on doing a static drop in the next 3 weeks, dropping the front 3 inches the rear 4 inches. No drop spindle in the front just the stock GM spindle. Any suggestions?

Regards Mike
