leans hard to right, ideas?

so i picked up this basket case 76 swb last year, and have been building it up over the winter. PO put on drop spindles, and 2 inch drop springs. guy also installed drop shocks. rear has a flip kit. it appears to have a hard lean to the passenger side. i have done quite a bit of investigating and i think it is in the suspension somewhere, not a frame or body issue.
the truck had an alignment after drop was installed, before i bought it.

the shock eye to eye on the passenger side is about 5/8" less than driver side.
driver side is 11.625, passenger is right at 11".

springs are fully seated in pockets on both sides.

any ideas where to look next to find the culprit?

1 or 2 gas tanks? If the PO put on light duty springs and you only have a tank on the passenger side, possible that between the battery and a full gas tank, there is enough weight on that side to cause a bit of sag.

Does it even out when you sit in the driver's seat?

thanks for the welcome. ive been lurking here for a long time, had issues setting up account to be able to actually post.

single gas tank. the springs are mcgaughys -2. it sits the same on that side if tank is empty or full, and it doesnt even out much when i sit in it. its almost a full inch difference measuring to top of wheel opening to ground side to side.
