Factory air dash bezel

I was wondering if anybody knows what kind of material and glue this thing is made of as mine is cracked and needs a piece around the bottom screws made for it ? I know that Corvette Jim makes these and that is my last resort .

You could probably use an epoxy but Jim might have an idea there not that expensive I would just buy a new one
