Drilling cab/doors for wiring bellows

I'm looking to drill my front doors/cab of my '76 crew for later factory wiring bellows. I ordered the bellows from LMC.

Since I have a '76, I dont have the dimples to note where to drill. Could someone take measurements off their later truck that can help me locate where to place these holes?

I understand it's a 1.5" hole on the door, and a 1.75" in the a-pillar with a 1.5" hole on the kick panel.

I sketched on this picture what I'm looking for. Maybe vertical height from the lower hinge bolt to center of boot. and also some references on the door??

thanks!
