Rear A/C lines snapped off!

Much like “swissarmychainsaw”, I have been working on my air conditioning...but mine is stock...and this project has been on and off. 83 C20 Suburban.
The A/C kinda worked before this project started years ago...so I had high hopes. I am in the process of replacing the o-rings...and last night I tried to remove the rear lines near the tailgate to replace those o-rings. I used some pb plaster and heat to make sure I didn’t mess up the threads but the tube line itself was seized to the fitting and it snapped off right at the fittings on both lines. The male threads mounted on the floor of the truck survived.
What sort of repair parts can I find to fix this at home? A new end fitting and a compression union? Take the 12 foot lines off and take them to a place to re do the end of the line? (Hopefully not this)
What are the official line diameters?
Budget is low...don’t have the cash to buy brand new rubber lines to run the length of the truck.
Thanks for any advise

Re: Rear A/C lines snapped off!

Are these AN style fittings?
Low side is maybe 3/8 tube? Is this a -6an?
High side is maybe 3/4 tube? Is this -12an?
