A/C condenser fan

My truck is a 53-3100. I have an "Old Air" inside kit for it. My compressor is a Recool all electric unit from Australia. My condenser is remote mounted with an electric fan on it. The compressor is just hooked up to a trigger wire like belt driven compressors. Do I just have the fan run on the condenser when the compressor runs? Is there some kind of sensor or thermostat? Thank you for your time and happy new year.

Yes the fan needs to run when compressor is running.

Re: A/C condenser fan

some systems actually have variable speed fans as well. fan will run with a/c on though, otherwise system can't get rid of heat and will cause other issues.
