72 Blazer Top Wanted
Hello from SoCal...
I'm new to this board, but even so I want to know if anyone has a single wall blazer top (in good shape) that you are selling. I'm in Southern Cali but will be open to picking it up in state, or from a neighboring state. FYI, I don't like to show off, but I really enjoy cruising with my girls (my wife and daughter) in any one of my Chevys- - 59 Apache fleetside (big back window) - 72 2wd Blazer - 85 Silverado (my daily driver) thanks! |

Welcome to the board. By all means, show of your rides, especially the 2wd Blazer!
I've seen a top listed in the local classifieds, but the guy thinks it is worth $900. The ad doesn't say if it is a single or doublewall thought. Keep an eye on the message boards on CK5.com too. A lot of the sunny state guys ditch their tops all together.

DMNCLNR - if you hit the "post reply" button, you can attach jpgs, bmp, and gifs as long as they are under the size limit requirements. I believe that limit is 640px and 124K. You can e-mail the pictures to me if you can't down size them.

It has a hatch but it needs fiberglass work. I'm going to take some pics today and if you, or anybody else is interested, I'm selling it for 150.00 (firm). |

Hey crazngmychvy-
I live in San Diego too, North County in particular. For the heck of it I thought I would throw this out- I will be at Escondido Nights tonight with my 71 Blazer. If you haven't been there, its a BLAST! Every Friday eve in the summer, they shut down most of downtown Escondido, and there is a LOT of cruisers and classics parked along Grand. I will be there tonight! Look for this if you go and say hi! |

One Clean Blazer!
Hey Red -
That is one super clean Blazer! Thanks for the info, I had heard about the Escondido cruise but I can't make it this weekend - but I'll get out there soon enough - especially if this heat keeps up... As you know, crusing with the top off in summer can be kinda nice. If you hear about anyone around town that has a good single wall top they want to sell let me know. Thanks! |

Check here guys. http://community.webshots.com/user/chrism72beast There's two shots of the top. Sorry that it's covered with leaves but I have nowhere else to put it.

Hey Red - That blazer looks sharp. What color is that and do you have any more pics of it to post? Nice looking truck.

Thanks for the post, but do you have more pics without the leaves to see the condition of the top? I'd like to see the underside too. I'm actually looking for a single wall top, but will buy a double wall it I find a decent one at a good price. So anyone out there have a top they want to sell let me know! Thanks |

I have a decent double wall I will sell you, and I am probably a 20 minute drive away depending on where you live in SD.
Hmm, see if I can find some pics of it. Let me know... Say $375 and its yours. |

Send me some pics because even with the hot days I still want to find a good top. I was just bidding on the top offered in Phoenix, but I lost. I was not looking forward to that drive anyway. Last I heard it was 106 degrees in Gila bend. thanks |
