Re-using a 500 mile clutch kit on a resurfaced flywheel?

Hey guys,
Got the old 305 pulled out today and finally got to check to see if the stk pressure plate would bolt to the flywheel that goes on the vortec 350 I'm putting in.
In an earlier post I was asking if anyone knew if the stk pressure plate would bolt to the vortec flywheel as the vortec used a 12 in disc and didn't know if
the vortec's pressure plate had a wider mounting position. My old pressure plate will bolt up perfectly.

My next question is, the clutch kit and flywheel were purchased new when doing the s10 T5 conversion and only have 500-600 miles on them now.
Can I reuse my old clutch disc and pressure plate with the resurfaced vortec flywheel....even if the mileage is really low on the clutch kit or has the clutch disc
already developed a wear pattern that will cause clutch chatter no matter if the flywheel is resurfaced or not?

I'm probably not a good one to ask. I had a clutch chattering\slipping and didn't have the cash for a new one at time so I pulled trans, the disk looked like PO had slipped it really bad at one point and was kinda glazed but otherwise had a ton of material left. So being crafty (read poor\cheap\desperate) I took a belt sander to the clutch disk and re-installed it. I ended up running it like that for maybe 3 months till I could afford a new clutch set.

When I changed from 250 to 350 the old clutch went back in. It had probably been in there for 20 years or more. I figured it would last until TH400 change over time, which for me may never happen as the wife and kid are discouraging it. The kid is improving in his gear shifting acumen.
