Do I need to add a fuse??

I'm wiring a fuel pump/oil pressure safety switch on my 64c10 using this layout:

https://www.tanksinc.com/pdf/fuel_pu...structions.pdf

I need to run a wire to the "I" terminal part of the switch.
Do I need a fuse on that wire to the "I" terminal of the safety switch?
Is it a safer bet adding one even though the instructions don't say to use one?
If so, what amp fuse do I need?

Re: Do I need to add a fuse??

The relay draws very little current, less than 1 Amp. A fuse in the pink wire is not necessary but if it makes you feel better it will not hurt anything.
