Got My Seat Belts in time to put under the Tree

, I needed seat belts in my 83 Square Body Truck and talked to some guys about the local pull it parts yards and they told me that all seat belts are gone. off the square body trucks,,or not all there and beyond any good chance of re-pare ..

I then looked up the seat belts on market place in many states and found a few that were saddle color and would go with my brown truck . but they were never in great shape color wise and some was rusty and soiled and some had broken belt receivers ,, What,,,I found was a few were Blue and Burgandy and were nice ,,but others were just terrible and beyond anything I have to bring them back to life as they came new.....

What I did find was ,,is that TKCR right here on the forum had Mahogany colored ones that goes great with my truck. .She even made me a 36 inch adjustable extra belt strap so I can reach it around a cooler that I can sit on my bench seat in the middle . Here are the seats before and then after .. and also packaging that for sure kept the belts damage free ,,,

and lastly at my request to have them under the Christmas Tree this year ,,she got right on them and took them straight to shipping herself and they got them here in two days ,Christmas Eve and there you go .. a great lady to do business with that has talents to bring these seat belts back to full operational new looking seat belts of the year of our trucks I am one happy person ,thank you Tina

Re: Got My Seat Belts in time to put under the Tree

Glad I was able to get them there by Christmas, I had my doubts there for awhile, since I had the flu for a few weeks around Thanksgiving.
The packing has become a habit. I don’t want the belts to get damaged after I’ve made them pretty again. I’ve gotten too many damaged belts sent to me due to poor packing.
Enjoy your belts!
