Curious if these are 1960 4x4 axles

one of them is 31 inches tall and the other is 30.

Seventeen spline.

It is impossible to tell from pics. The one in the pic does appear to be 17 spline, but both axles for a '60-'70 should be 30"

both front and rear are the same length?

The axle in your pic is a rear axle. The front axles on a K series will be completely different
