1961 Radiator Question

Are the radiators for two wheel drive trucks the same as 4x4 trucks?

Thought I had one, but on my 4x4 the front drain seems like it is not able to clear the crossbar between the frame rails.

Mine is the bolt in style.

It could also just be a China made radiator issue.
