axle identification
Can someone please help me identify this axle? GM84, 3896839 with an "N" underneath. on top of one of the axle tubes; KAN103W82, ring gear has 381 779 14:43 GM(?) 47.2. also on the outside of the stump is D118. I appreciate any help.

looks to be 12 bolt with 3.25 gears. Are those the right ring gear numbers?

Sir, I am not questioning but doesn't 43 divided by 14 = 3.07? Am I missing something here?
