Differential still runs rough

I posted this in my construction threat,
I hope I get more attention here, thank you.
Actually, I just wanted to replace my broken pinion yoke, the connection ran to the side and wasn't routed cleanly and because I also have humming noises, I got one straight away Overhaul kit for the differential obtained.
The differential has already been overhauled.
The differential also came out of the housing very easily, which surprised me.
The bearing behind the yoke on the pinion was broken, all other bearings were undamaged and ran smoothly.
The pinion was reassembled with a new crush Sleeve and Yoke, the crush Sleeve was broken and the preload was set at 19 inch pounds, a silly job under the truck.
But the beam has an axial clearance of 0.20 mm (0.00787 inch), which is way too much, it is supposed to have a preload of 0.010, and the Backlash is also too large at 0.45 (0.0177 inch). .
I first ordered shims for the carrier and a solid spacer for the Pinion and will probably have to readjust these. I'm not satisfied yet, I also picked up the overhauled drive shaft today and put everything together.
I did a test drive and found that the differential was running rough.
From 55-60 ml it is quiet. I need some advice from you.
What did I do: The pinion got new bearings and was assembled with a solid spacer and reached 19in-ibs as preload and the carrier also got new bearings,
the Backlash was set at 0.009 inches.
I thought the stock image was fine.
It's an 8.5 10-bolt axle with 2.41:1 locking from 1978.

Have you checked the pinion angle? I wonder if after lowering the truck, your pinion angle is no longer proper, thus causing a hum.

Your ring and pinion pattern seems ok to me in the first and second pictures.

Thanks for your suggestion, the truck was already so low and is now higher again.
The driveshaft is in 2 parts.
I jacked up the back of the C10 and let it run, the rumbling comes from the differential, with the handbrake slightly applied it becomes quieter.

And the axle shaft bearings themselves are good?

Good question, visually there was nothing visible on the axle shafts and bearings.
I'm going to get a mechanic's stetoscope and listen to the Axle to pinpoint it.
I'd love to hear more ideas, thank you

The pattern in the first 2 photos is pretty good. The 3rd one is way off.
If you have driven it much with bad brgs & such, you have 2 wear patterns on the ring & pinion. You can never get it quiet if that is the case.

That could be a possibility, I thought about it too, but I couldn't see anything on the ring and pinion.
It will then be incorporated into the structure, right?

If that's the case you either have to live with it or get a new ring & pinion.

I opened the differential again and tried to improve the contact pattern,
now I set the Pinion even lower and that's what happened,
According to my previous contact picture, I was too low with the Pinion, recognizable by the "shark fin" on the coastside and too low by the tooth on the driveside.
it now turns much quieter by hand, the test drive is still to come,
but I'm confident about that.
