You just push the old glass out.Carefully.

Most sliders utilize the OEM gasket.It wouldn't hurt to track down a new one if you can,makes it easier to install too.

To install,you need to run a small thin rope around the weatherstrip channel.Then start the bottom edge onto the body,and use the rope (pulling) to feed the rest of the gasket into place.Leaving the gasket out in the sun (or use hot water),and lots of soapy water will ease installation.
