tommy junkyardpartseeker clock question
i have a fast question relating to the clocks in our trucks and i figured being youve prolly removed more of these clocks than anyone else in this board you may have the answer or anyone else please chime in:
I just finally got around to installing the clock in my truck with the factory wiring harness you sent me. I was wondering which position in the fuse box that clip clips into AND the ground has a connecting clip too. I was wondering if you have any clue or a pic where i may find the black wire under the dash for that or should i just make a ground for it... thanks for your help Bob

Yeah, by the parking brake, on left side of fire wall should be the ground connection, like SanitysBane said. Mine doesn't have the clock but the ground is there anyway. Not a big deal to ground it. The positive side (orange wire), plugs to the lower right of the fuse panel. Just make sure you have a terminal in there. Otherwise you'll have to splice it in else where.

the clock plugs into a 12Vhot all the time spot, and that is the ground spot for anything you want to add, radio, etc.
