window regulator
Is replacing the window regulator especially difficult? I've never done it before and don't want to order one and get stuck in a rainstorm with the window down. I'd rather just pay someone, but with Christmas coming up I can get one for free.

what is your level of competence ?
I have found that the best way to learn is to try and the project that you have chosen is not a break job, so go for it !

A 6pac and a dictionary of four letter words and you'll be fine. I've done my share of them they are PITA but they can be done. It doesn't take a lot of skill just a tolerance for pain. Kind of like arm wrestling through a sheet metal hole.
