2/4 drop question
i got a 83 swb 2wd i'm wanting to do a 2/4 drop with spindles and the rear shackle kit thing...
my question is...i've heard people say you have to cut out part of the bottom of your bed? is this right?.... where's the cheapest place to get this kit? -bigarmzz-

There should be no bed cutting required with a 4 inch rear drop

It's pretty hard to beat Summit racing on parts.

I used BellTech shackles from Summit & didn't have to notch anything.

I have a 2/4 right now, and it's no where near coming to the rear fender on my fleetside. I went with tires 1" shorter than stock, and still have about 4 1/2-5" to go. and I'm running 295/50 tires.
