Hey I Got My New Wheels!!!

Well i was able to take some pictures of my truck today with the new wheels and tires. The wheels got here on the 15th but it took us awhile to find some tires that matched. I had them put on friday but with the craptastic weather i couldnt take pics until today. Oh and the wheels are eagle 212's 20x8 in front and 20x9.5 in back. The tires are goodyear eagle hp ultra plus 255/35/20 in front and 295/40/20 in back. I think it looks pretty good.

Yeah, it looks really good. Your 'chopped version looks really tight.

Do you know your BS specs? And do you think they'll tuck if you go lower?

Nice truck. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with the "Dumbo Ears" mirrors. I like mine, and plan to keep them.

hey hotrodz i dont remember the backspacing on the wheels but will find out today at work and i took some pics to show that they will tuck if i do bag it. And about the dumbo mirrors, I dont particularly care for them and i'll probably put on the sport mirrors when we repaint it.

Thanks for down-the-side pics, texan1186. Yeah, it looks like you're be able to tuck and roll. Aside from the BS specs inquiry, are your headlight bezels chrome? Would you elaborate? I've seen very few with chrome bezels. Thanks again.

yea my headlight bezels are chrome. i'm pretty sure we got them from lmc, but classic industries might have them.

Hey tex1186...
Were you able to get any numbers on the BS? If not, that's cool. Thanks for the info on the bezels. I've just wondered if they ever came stock on any of the early '80s trucks. I've seen standalone bezels where just the middle strip was chrome. I guess to match the chrome middle strip on the Chevy grilles, although I've never seen a chevy grille with a chrome strip.
