install a radio? Got the dash bezel cut yesterday but did not want to use tin snips and ther hacksaw did not seem to fit. Any suggestions?

I used a dremel cause I wanted it to be accurate! I would also use a pneumatic cut-off tool had I had one when I did mine, MUCH quicker than the dremel and would be easy to cut a straight line.

For those of us who do not have any cool power tools, I used a large utility knife with a small saw blade. After cutting the rough outline for the radiio I went back around the edges with a good size file to smooth things out. Do a few test fits to make sure you don't take too much out.

I used a exhaust cutter (pnematic cutter) for mine then filed down the rough spots

Have no dremel or pnematic cutter, so looks like I will be getting some metal blades for the old jigsaw

We just used a hacksaw blade on my dad's truck.

yep just use a hachsaw blade; maybe modify it to some sort of pre-historic handle like i did and you will be fine!!

I tried snips and they worked ok on one side, but the sawzall made quick work of the other. Kind of hated using a big ol saw just to make a little cut. A jig with a metal cutting blade should work.
