cab question

Is there a difference in a 2wd,and 4x4 cab on a 84 truck?I just figured they were the same, and then hear they're different, but not from a good source.
Don't have either here to check it out.So I figured I'd ask the experts

Also will the column form a 75 fit,or is this the years the dimmer is on hte signal lever?

Just bought a 84 3/4 4x4 project,and 2WD parts truck,so I'll be hanging out here a bit.
Thanks

4x4 cab should have a high hump trans tunnel... and the 75 should have the headlight switch on the dash, dont think lever light switch was until 84...

My 75's(2wd+4wd) were like Prerunner1982 said. Also though I would think a Th-400 2wd truck would have a high hump. And 4wd is going to have a cutout for the T-case handel.

Oh forgot about the fixed hump in this year truck.I'm still in 67-72 mode

Either way you could cut a hole for the shifter,as long as the hump is correct I guess.
