Truck value

Can somebody here give me an idea what a 1957 Chevy ton and a half flatbed is worth, approximately?
It's complete, the glass is good, slight rust in the usual places, small window cab,283/4 speed, was driven into it's current parking space a couple of years ago, tires holding air except the L. Front,no fancy extras.Haven't checked but am assuming it'll need the brakes gone through. The owner wants to keep the hood for another truck, but will probably provide one on not as good shape. He doesn't know what to sell it for,so I told him I'd see what average price would be for it. He puts it at about 3 in a 1 to 10,of course he restores Corvettes,so who knows what he considers a bad part.
Personally,I'd say it's worth,oh-50 bucks or so,but he's an honest guy,and I don't want to see him get taken advantage of.
Well, any input you can offer will help.
Thanks!
James

Thanks,Denny;now I have some idea what to start with. I guess the next step will be to go over the truck closely and see what's good and not so good on it.
