What should I use to get my rear to lay out ?

I have a 72 Leaf shorty. Now that My girlfriend has called it quits on me I guess I will do a little more on the truck before moving out and getting my own house.

I would like to be able to drop the rear untill the axel hits the frame possibly notch it. I need a setup that's a fairly easy install the leaf setup hops really bad. Axel flip and air or Looking towards a 4 link ? not sure. Mabye some of the 73 up guys can help out here with what you have used.

Thanks for the help.

This is just my opinion, but if there is one area I would spend the extra money on, it would be the 4-link. I've heard nothing but good things about it, and nothing but bad things about AOL (air-over-leaf). AOL setups will ride like a dumptruck, and there is also a good risk of snapping the monoleaf setup as it is weak. Don't know if KP components makes a 4-link kit for your truck, but if so, they make a quality setup. Hopefully someone with experience will chime in.
