looking for 73-91 3/4 ton suburban frame
well,i will be starting my next project within the year,so what i am looking for is a 73-91 3/4 ton 4x4 suburban frame,axles and drivetrain.the motor and tranny and case doesn't necicarily have to work,but at least enough that can be salvaged,id like to find one close to home,but that never seems to work,anyway,if anyone has something like that,let me know and send some pics.thanx..mike

well,its not something i want to drive more 4-8 hours for,and money all depends on what is there,how nice,and timing on my part

Good luck on your search, you'd love what I just bought, running 89 V2500 burb for $750, supposed bad tranny, but I changed the fluid and it drives good!

1970 K25, 8' stepside bed 350/465/205 44 up front, 60 in the rear 4.10s rolling on 33" Dunlop MTs 1986 K5, 350/465/208 Dana 60/14 bolt from a cucv 36" Super Swampers TSL/SX 1983 K20 w/ CUCV axles, 350/700R4/208 sitting on 37" Goodyears 1986 M1031 6.2 diesel, TH400/NP205 locker in the rear and a LS in the front, all stock for now..... 1986 K30, 350/400/205 dana 60 and 14 bolt. I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone. 1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm |

man,oh man,now thats a deal,although i only need the frame and such,but crap,nmopt even i could have passe3d that up...the only reason i am looking for one is that i am wanting to start a hummer build

Had a complete one I would have sold you, tried once or twice, then a guy on the board need the steering part of the frame and like an idiot I cut it up , still waiting for that check! Is the pony express stil in business? I have the axles and cross members if it helps. 4.10 ratio

I'll look in the back of a 4wd magazine they advertise in them. Kinda spendy though, use a 73 up truck/burb rolling chassis.
