More progress
Wanted to get the tires off today and the little ones on but I guess that will have to wait. Gonna go down next week and take the clip apart. Gonna be lots more red. Anyone using a aluminum radiator? I'm hearing good things about them.

Re: More progress
New motor and painting the fender wheels, inner fenders, radiator support, etc. Oh and I'm gonna have a red motor. Will still have some black under there but most will be gone besides the frame and axles.

Re: More progress
No rust. Did find a couple of seems that was letting water in on top of the cowl. Silicone had dried out. Getting ready to leave to get the tires off and deliver my old motor this morning. Calvin is gonna put them (tires and wheels) on his truck for while to see how they look...... It would be hard to say no to this body man.....

Re: More progress
That no rust is great to hear - never need that surprise. Yep, you better let the body guy try out those tires - sounds like you have a good one.

Re: More progress
I had a 84 k10 with 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift and 38"tires and I would put little 31" tires on it to get in the garage to do any major work on it.

Re: More progress
I'm just having a hard time deciding what to do with parts/colors. Red and black/aluminum. Just want things to look right.
