My 82' Blazer - Lots of Pic's
Hey,
I usually post in the 67-72 side but I've had my 82' for a couple months figured it was about time to post some pictures. 66k original miles, bought new by a old lady here in Scottsdale, been here its whole life, never wheel'd or anything, in fact it had the white wheels with 235/75's on them. its a 305/700r4 i took the ESC off and put a MSD box, pro-billet dis, and a fire blaster II coil. New carb and a K&n on i had laying around the house. Put a new transmission and the 10 hole wheels and 33's you see in the pictures. I also put that grant wheel on, i needed somthing a little smaller than the stock bus driver wheel. It need a new cam, because this particular year gm used too soft a metal on there camshaft's so the two center exhaust lubes are wearing down and causing a nice ticking noise But she runs good. paint is starting to show its age but the interior looks nearly brand new I bought the truck for $2200 not including gas it has roughly $4600 in it now. Ain't bad for a 16year old who paid for it himself Anyone got any 4x4 centers and a beauty ring to donate Thanks For looking! -Cameron

Nice score! Cruiser or soon to be rock warrior? Almost too straight to wheel.

Re: My 82' Blazer - Lots of Pic's
haha i know, i had to get to work, thats today's "thing to do"
Im not reeally sure what i want to do with it, i kinda want a 95+ silverado so i dont have to trailer my dirtbike around. so who knows. If i sell this one im definately getting a 72' as a project I wanna wheel this thing sooo bad, i just dont want to break anything it sucks becuase yea its just a ol' blazer, but its a nice one so you dont want to be mean to it. But if i decde to keep it, it's getting a mild 350, nice size lift roof rack/whinch mount push bar etc etc. Thanks for the comments guys nice to see some blazer guys like it. -Cameron

Yea, watch wheeling with that 208 transfer. They are not strong enough to do any serious 4-Wheeling especially if you install big tires.
