WOW WD......I have a suburban and I thought it would be pretty difficult to chop the top......I know of a guy that chopped his 65 Panel......I talked to him at length about how he went about it.....The biggest problem he said he had was with the windshield.........He said he had two break as he was driving......He said he finally had to split it down the middle to get it to stop breaking..........Thought I might give you my 2 cents worth.........HEMMIT

1pc windows

I don't know of any suppliers, but there is a real nice 65 or 66 p/u on the Air Ride Technologies site. One of their customers rides, I don't recall th exact link, but I know that his email was listed. When you see it, you can't miss it. 1pc windows, supercharged, real nice truck.

Good luck!

some answers

Well, yeah, the chop is difficult. I chopped my 65 panel(no, not the one listed above) and it was tough, took 5 weeks workin 8 hrs a day with myself and a friend. I got my glass to fit, no problem up front. No breaking, cut it myself. I chopped it 6", with only 3" taken out of the rear windows. i will be doing the power one piece flat glass window conversion next week. Im having the glass made for my side windows and rear windows flat glass for $170.00. as for the suicide doors, dont think im gonna do that. its hard enough not to hit your head gettin it, with a regular door. I posted some pics of the panel. Its all flat black now, those pics are about a week old. Ill get some more pics soon. Any questions on the chop, fathead_03@hotmail.com. Thanks. Oh yeah, any contact info on the other chopped panel??

Nice chop on the panel, looks cool.
