cleaning off my new bench seat?
i got a bench for my truck. its dustier than hell, torn in a few places but foam is perfect. can i just hose the thin down or is it a bad idea to get the foam wet?
if i cant just hose it off how should i get all the dust and dirt off? got other stuff to buy before i can buy a new seat cover.

I wouldn't hose it. Get a bucket with a mild cleaner, some warm water, a rag and start scrubbin'!!

a mixture of urine/salt/and powder laundy detergent works wonders, actually if real dusty use a broom, and towels.one of my favorite cleaners is westles blech-white,and a mild scrub brush.or plain old soap and water or your foam might drink it up and grow
