c60 air over hydraulic brakes
can anyone help find a outlet for brake parts for 1965 c 60

i found a 68 in j/y 2 days ago with air brakes cab only seems to be mostly there as far as whats on the fire wall and under dash i got the tach dash out of it big score for me i dont know what you need but if i can get any of it for you ill do what i can

what i am looking for is called a air pac air over hydraulic unit
im going to try and att a picture not sur if 68 had this set up also their are different setups on size not sure if one that has been sitting will be any good rebiuld kit or replacement unit would be nice we use this c 60 for hauling grain its kind of a wild ride without brakes |

Do you have an Inland truck parts near you? there are several in Kansas and I'm sure they have what you need! If not you might check the 78 ford c 8000. I used to have one with the air rear and hydraulic front brakes. The Hydraulic booster in this case uses air preasure instead of vac. you can get great brakes as long as it works! this setup was mainly used on medium duty diesel trucks. If it wasn't for mounting the compressor it would probably be great on an old non power brake system!

I checked with inland truck and so far no luck waiting for a call back
thanks for the remider about this company their is one in lincoln called bcs parts out of georgia and sounds like we might be in luck for a rebuilt unit thanks could not get pic to upload |

How about Precision built? They usually cost more than inland, but they might be able to find it. Or In Downtown Kc Mo there is a shop called casper Brake and clutch. If no one else has it they do. If nothing else they can fix yours.
