cab mount size?

Does anyone know what the stock thickness is for the cab mounts on the 67-72 C-10's. I dont think mine are right and wanted to check before I finish pulling my hair out trying to get everything to line up right.

Re: cab mount size?

Hell, I'm with you on that.....good question.

I put new mounts under my cab (the kit came with no instructions and my cab has been off the chassis for months) and when I put my bed back on, the cab was too low by about an inch or so!

Seems stupid to have the shim the cab up that much to line it up with the bed, and then, how much does that affect everything else's alignment?
