Need pics & help with installing factory A/C in a non fact A/C 72 Chevy Truck
I am in the process of installing factory A/C in my truck, but need some reference pictures of the completed job. Prefarably pictures of a truck that came with it originally. I would greatly appreciate any pictures of the firewall. Specifically where the flapper comes through and connects with the vacuum actuator. I am not sure where to mount the vacuum actuator on the firewall, so pics would be great. Also any pictures of the vacuum hoses, and the vacuum source behind the carbureator would be nice, as well as pictures where the wiring harness comes through the firewall. Any help, tips, pictures or suggestions would be great!

I have a 72 burb with factory air sitting at the house. Not that far away for you to take all the pix you want.
Pm me if you want. Steve |

If you are going to use factory dash outlets I have the templates to cut the holes for the side and center vents. If interested pm mailing address. If I post on mb or email they wont be the right size. Edit must be a senior moment. I sent some awhile back.

Here are some pictures of the underhood side of the AC system including some detail shots of the flapper valve.

Does anyone have a picture of the wires going into the fuse box? If so, I would really appreciate it.
