Disc brake ?
If I buy after market drop spindles what will fit for rotors. I have a lot of chevy parts laying around just trying to save a buck.
Thanks Jack |

Re: Disc brake ?
As I understand it, you have 2 basic spindle types:
71-72 and 73-87(?) So if you have rotors for 71-72, then get the spindles for that. If your truck is a 71-72 then the ball joints and stuff are all ok. Otherwise youhave to do some switching, unless you get the super special spindles from GMC Pauls that use '67-'70 ball joints and tie rods, but use the rotors from a 71-72. |

Re: Disc brake ?
if your going to run 15" wheels, try to opt for 2.5" drop spindles instead of the 3" spindles because the wheel weights on the inside of the wheel will hit the upper control arm on big bumps, especially if you add air ride to your ride. speaking from experience. good luck.
