I put the thinner brake booster on my truck and it has the brakes of a 84 c-10 with a diesel

Is this going to cause major problems or am I just going to have to hit the brake pedal a little harder

I have the original JB3 booster and rear brakes on my 86 with JB5 rotors and don't seem to have any issues.
