Are these Wheels a good buy?

IMO that is a very good deal (if the rings and centers are in good shape)...even if the tires are junk!

Heck Yeah! That's a great deal. I recently bought new 15 X 8 rallye wheels, 3" stainless trim rings, and corvette type caps,spending well over $300.

ok. It turns out they aint rallys but they are good wheels. They are better than the one I got now.
