Pics of my 1967

Here are a few pics of my truck before I started taking her apart.
Right now all the paint is stripped and the front end is off.
I am needing some help on deciding the final color to paint after all the building is complete. Any suggestions???

Sweet Truck! Do you still have the glove box label? Was the Light Blue color original to the Truck? Always liked the Light Blue on the 67-68 trucks!

Re: Pics of my 1967

I would stay with the OE blue. Get rid of those mirrors and put on the smaller OE type. Nice truck. Welcome from Western Kentucky.

Re: Pics of my 1967

Hi there,
The glove box label is still there. Light Blue(507) was the original paint color, but I am not sure if a want to keep it. Maybe with a white roof it would be ok.
Thanks for the input
Terry

Re: Pics of my 1967

I like the white roof paint schemes, it's what I'm planning on when I paint my truck for real (not just spray bombing to get a 'feel'). Stick with the light blue and white grille area, classics never go out of style. Welcome to the board from Colorado Springs, CO!

Thumbs up Re: Pics of my 1967

One of my trucks is Carolina Blue which is similar to yours. The other is a dark blue green metallic a Lexus color. I have always liked the two tone color scheme. Kerry

My 1967 shortbed is also 507 blue. PPG has a cross over color that matches pretty close when you spray base coat, clear coat. I,m keeping my truck stock. Nice truck
