I was going with springs but all the talk about bags got me interested. I need to finish up the rear and then move to the front so I ordered RE-7's for the rear today. I hope I made the right call as I want it low but don't know anything about bags,Just what I have learned here.I think with bags I can get the look I want-With springs you get what you get. I just hope the ride will be good and It handles well.

Sweet! I have been told those are some good bags! When set up correct you will get a great ride with the ability to raise and lower your truck. Just make sure you drive at the correct ride height the bags say. Did you get a compressor and tanks and valves when you odered the bags? Good luck and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!!!!!!

I just ordered 2 bags for now. I want to see what they are all about.Then I will order the fronts. Not sure where I want the tanks yet-Maybe where everyone is putting there gas tanks(Mine will stay behind the seat) I have lots to learn. With everyones help here it should be a piece of cake.
1 question-seems everyone runs 2 valves per bag(1 dump-1 fill) what is the ticket to keeping both fronts or both rears the same so your truck isn't all catiwompas? Use gages and just watch presure? I didn't really want a bunch of gages in the cab.

I ran 2 dual needle gauges, one needle for each wheel, one gauge for the front, one for the rear. If you want to be tech about it, you could run the electroic ride control system that Air Ride makes, but for me it's just a matter of hitting switches.

My truck seems to be ok so far using the "front" switch with minimal adjustment. Both bags fill about the same, so it works ok. I hope the back will be much of the same. Once I get the adjusters in there, I will be able to dial it in and roll.

If you don't want a bunch of gauges and have the $$, you can get a single gauge for all 4 bags. Companies like Dakota Digital make them.
