Re: Gibbs Lubricant

I am sorry if I crossed the line with whatever rule here. I will honor those who have ordered and get the heck off the subject. I am truly sorry to all that I introduced this product in this manner.

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

The treatment I have recieved here by administration, after sacrificing time and money to intro a product to the board , has made me decide to get the heck off of here and go to the garage and spend my valuable minutes of life on my truck and not this board.
What a slam!!!

Good bye all!

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

Rather than take the low road here wouldn't it be better to just subscribe and then continue to sell your product. Surely you can see the reasoning for the rule. Maybe I am missing something, if so I apologize. Think it over you have contributed to this board before and should continue to do so.

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

Dave, while I don't suggest you leave the board like that, I do have to question how the hammer guy can get away with being pink and selling hammers and you can't sell lube???? Perhaps a board admin can inform me of it. I don't have dog in the fight, but strikes me as a double standard!

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

Vette, Believe me I see your point and want to follow suit. I did nothing different than the hammer dude did with his offer. I got 4 infractions and a warning about this before I even turned my computer on, and the administrator wiped out all of the good info and knowledge that I posted to HELP YOU GUYS OUT!

Ya just don't get it do ya?

A guy trys to help out friends .,

I guess you were friends, we talked and walked the same !!!

What the heck is wrong here???????

I sacrificed my garage time and money to ship the stuff and I get my hands slapped???? would not a little PM way back in the beginning, to point out that this may be crossing the line, have been the better thing to do??

Was it because the hammers were "cool" that the hammer thread was allowed????

COME ON MODERATORS!!!!!! Open your eyes, please.

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

pink? i havent been pink since the first week. my efforts were just that, giving back as i did when i turned blue. youre not speaking about me, i threw one post out there to say hello. it turned into many, and i responded. My hands make those hammers, i wanted to extend them.

Re: Gibbs Lubricant

Double standard? Boise was informed of the rules, and subscribed to continue doing what he was doing. I don't see how that is a double standard? However calling an admin someone who does not represent the rules fairly to all and of having double standards after they work several hours a night not even able to read/enjoy the forums just making sure everything runs smoothly tends to make them a bit irked.

Wolfthign is not a subscriber, nor supporter of any kind. Rules are rules he started selling products without permission and got infraction for it. Simple as that, he however seems to think the world is out to get him even tho he broke the rules and openly admitted it in one of his edited posts.

Just thought it would be appropriate to say that all of the samples have been shipped. Enjoy.

Hmmmm. Looks like I need to invest in some of this stuff. I always got something that isn't shinny... or stuck. And by the positive reinforcement by wolfthing, this stuff must be really good. Guess I'll buy a case or two.
