think this is a good deal

i found this 65 short fleet on a site for 800 obo and i've been thinking about calling them but just wanted to get some feedback from the experts on here i know 67-72 but pre 67...?? i don't what the deal is with the fenders though.

64-66, year is determined by the emblems & location. That one has major rust damage in all the usual areas. If you look you will probably find the firewall and floor need major work. From the pics it looks like doors, fenders and door pillars need a lot of rust repair. Around here it might bring $400 on a good day. I would consider it a parts truck.

make sure the cabs not rusted out above the windshield.if the cab and hood are in good shape,its not hard to get the other stuff.

yea i think i'm gona go look at it sat. if it's half decent i'll offer him like $350 but no higher. are the short beds as rare as the 67-72's?

The 60-66 short fleet in my opinion are more rare, because you can not buy reproduction bedsides like the 67-72 trucks.

If the bed is solid with no rust, it could go for $800 alone. I paid $200 for my bed but it was in rough shape. Around here that truck would go for $400 to $100 bucks.
