72 Stepside Chevy..Floorpans

Hello I am new to this site and still fumbling to figure out this board.

I would like to donate to this Board as soon as a figure out how.

My project truck is a 72 chevy stepside.

I am starting with the floorpans and the supports under the cab ok here are my questions I hopesomeone can help with.

I bought the patch panels for the floorpans but I cannot find a patch for at the rear of the cab under the gas tank for the metal is wroughted as well does anyone know I can buy a patch for this section?

Also does anyone know a good how to video on replacing the floorpans?

any help would be greatly appreacaited, I will post pictures as soon as I figure it out.

Floorpans

The only fllor patch i have seen is the complete floor with braces, i believe it is a goodmark piece. As far as videos, efabman has videos but seems to be missing in action.

Yeah, with the whole floor section...I think you'd be money and time ahead...as far as I know, they have a section with and without the braces...but If your doing a floor...I don't know why you wouldn't just use the complete floor...

Yes, its a Goodmark part...and I've been waiting for someone to do this "repair"....so maybe you could do it, and let use all know how it goes
