'71 C10 Brake light HELP!!
I was driving my son's truck Tuesday night and had to stop quickly at an intersection as the light turned. The brake light came on and the pedal seemed spongy. Long story short, ended up replacing a section of the brake line that runs along the frame to the rear brake hose, and replaced the brake hose. Bled the brakes out several times and topped off the MC after each time. The brakes are very good now but the brake light is still on. Any ideas?
BTW, it has manual brakes.

Re: '71 C10 Brake light HELP!!
Try mashing the brake pedal like a cow jumped outta you while you're doin 100 MPH.. this should recenter the piston in the proportioning valve.
