3 speed floor shifter comes out under the seat?????
Ive got a 67 short step with a newer 292 and a 3 speed. Its been converted to a floor shifter that is way back under the seat and the shifter arm is rigged to come out and up.
Is this because of the 6 cyl engine mounting holes? Just the way it is? What can be done to bring the shifter position out to where it should be? Is what I need made? |

Re: 3 speed floor shifter comes out under the seat?????
This is what mine looked like with a Hurst Indy shifter for our trucks when I had the 6 & 3 speed on the floor.
These are with a 92 bench and a 93 splint bench in the truck. I can't find any with the stock (ate up bench) but it sits about the same.
