This weekend I got to spend a little time with my truck. I cleaned up the frame a little and drop down the rear some. What yall think more for the protection then anything.

Re: cleaning up my frame.

Thanks guys, I cleaned it up with simple green and sand the heck out of it with a hand sander and by hand in the tight spots. I used Rust-O-leum grey auto primer 2 coats then 2 coats flat black. Its ben raining here everyday off and on the pics that I took the paint was dry already, just rain being repailed off the frame, thats what it needed protection from the weather. hopefully it will hold up like POR-15? do you guys think so?

Re: cleaning up my frame.

Its not as strong as por 15, but what you did gets the job done. I primed mine with the same thing you used and used rubber under coating on mine.
