Motor Mount question.
Right now my Blazer has a 454 stuffed in it from the previous owner. I plan to put a 350 back into, but was wondering which motor mount/stands will I need to get. Are the 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive the same part, or are they different?

Re: Motor Mount question.
Yes, there are different motor stands used for the small blocks and there were different ways of using the motor mounts. There were different motor mounts used in 72 vs 67-71. A lot depends on how they put the 454 in there. The main reason for using the different motor stands was to give enough room for the exhaust, especially when using headers. Hope it helps a little.

Re: Motor Mount question.
Being a 4x4 it should be the same mount as the SBC. They never made a BBC 4x4 mount if it is the stock 4x4 cross member and mount you should be able to drop the 350 right in.
