need help!!

does anyone know how to do a drop on a 72 gmc with leafs above the axle...and if so is there anyway i can flip it without a kit???

If you run a search you can find a lot on lowering a GMC but I would be interested to know a way without buying a kit too.

Or you could convert it over to the trailing arm/coil spring setup like the Chevy's are. That's what I am doing.
