Frame info needed...

I have had my 1977 k10 for a few months now and i have put alot of money into it in that short time. Yesterday though when i was putting my new bumper on the rear i noticed my rear frame rails look like they are starting to twist from the pressure of the leaf springs. I got to looking and my rear crossmember doesnt exist anymore. The only thing holding the rear end of my frame together is the little brace that runs across the frame rails for the factory spare tire carrier. Does anyone have a picture of what the rear crossmember should look like. I can see where it is supposed to be because the rivets are still in the frame. Also if anyone could give me some mesurements of the frame in the rear so i can check to make sure mine hasnt separated i would appreiciate it.. thanks
