First Cruise
Ok, so i finally took the truck out for about a 15-20 mile cruise. with no bed on, but WHO CARES!!!
Here are the issues I have noticed: 1. rear passenger side wheel was smoking a bit. It could need brakes or maybe wheel bearings?? 2. smoke was coming from underneath passenger side engine block. I think it was wire harness tape, but I havent confirmed. 3. Engine temp on stock gauge was sitting nice, either below or right at middle. Problem is that I dont know the exact temperature. However, on the way back the temp gauge was sitting uncomfortably halfway between middle and hot. So any suggestions?? |

Re: First Cruise
Glad to hear you finally got a chance to cruise your baby. Feels pretty good don't it? Got a lot of work to do before mine will be ready again.
